In the European Union, Planet Merchant Services SAS (“PMSS”), a company incorporated in France, with company number 878394949 and registered address at 1 Terrasse Bellini, Puteaux, 92800 is authorised as a payment institution by the French Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution for the execution of credit transfers and acquiring of payment transactions. PMSS’ authorisation is further passported throughout the following EEA countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia.
