Hotel Alma is an experiential hotel located in the heart of Seinäjoki, Finland next to the town’s railway station. The hotel has 79-rooms and consists of three buildings, each offering guests a different style of accommodation. The hotel needed a comprehensive TV and internet solution for their guests. Here's how they did it.

Challenge

Originally, 13 of the Alma hotel’s rooms didn’t have Wi-Fi or television systems. During the expansion and development of the hotel, they quickly realized this needed to change.

To improve efficiency and provide guests with an effortless stay, Hotel Alma realized that a fast Wi-Fi connection was necessary throughout the entire hotel. The management of their televisions also needed to be streamlined into one system.

Hotel Alma started the procurement process by researching and comparing different hotel tech providers online.
